so i recently read on the back of a body wash bottle how to give yourself a breast exam.
well, i followed everything it said, and my right breast is harder than the other one.
it just kind of feels like there’s just skin over a hard mass, but it is kind of soft?
and if it helps with answering, it is bigger than the other one.
i planned on scheduling a check up with my doctor and asking her, but i don’t know if she can really help me with it.
i know there’s a special doctor to deal with those things, but can my regular doctor answer at least some of my questions?
cancer really scares me, and i would really appreciate serious answers only.
yes, it feels like my entire breast is a big hard mass. also, they’ve been kind of sore lately, but i’ve also been doing a lot of hard work. is that the cause of it?
